1:1 therapy

Working together 1:1 virtually or in person (Port Alberni, BC), utilizing different methods such as art therapy, play therapy, talk therapy, brainspotting, and other mind body approaches to meet your goals. Ages 4+

Child and Teen Rate: $140/45 minute session, includes a parent support meeting every 3-4 sessions

Adult Rate: $140/55 minute session

Please check with your extended benefits if a Professional Art Therapist with the Canadian Association of Art Therapy (CATA) is covered under your plan. Coverage under an RSW will be available by summer of 2026

group therapy + workshops

Please touch base if interested in group offerings. Groups are a great affordable option for those looking for support, a greater sense of belonging, or to supplement other healing work. Groups are no larger then 6 people.
